Science Associate

Katelyn Wo has served as the Science Associate at ASI since 2024, but has been volunteering at ASI clinics since 2022. She is currently helping the ASI team update the AS Clinical Handbook and helps manage the ongoing ASI Biobank and Natural History Study. She graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University Bloomington with a BS in Neuroscience and minors in chemistry, community health, and global health. She is pursuing medical school with an interest in rare disease and pediatric genetics. She has loved getting to know the Alström Family and could not be happier to be helping out with ASI.
